ABOUT

MidCity is proud to propose a gorgeously designed, highly amenitized 3 and 4 story residential building in the heart of Shaw.  The new building at 1200 5th Street, as designed by award-winning local architects Torti Gallas, will be seamlessly woven into the existing fabric of the Shaw neighborhood, adding new housing while being sensitive to neighborhood scale. The project will feature a central amenity bar with a rooftop pool and fitness center, as well as top-of-the-line amenities such as two private interior courtyards, ample below grade parking, and a publicly accessible park that can serve as a gathering place for neighbors and residents.
